Knowledge is information you have acquired. Wisdom is knowing what to do with it and when.nnWisdom cannot be read into existence. It is earned through experience, reflection, and the willingness to be wrong. A person can have enormous knowledge and very little wisdom. They know the facts but cannot read the room.nnWisdom shows up in restraint as much as in action. It is knowing when not to speak. When not to act. When the right move is to wait.nnThe wisest people I have known were not the ones with the most information. They were the ones who knew what they did not know and were not embarrassed by the limits of their understanding.
